Setting Up Mobile Banking

It's easy to get started with City & County Credit Union's mobile app. View the quick video or follow the step-by-step instructions. Search "City & County Credit Union" in your app store or choose the App Store or Google Play direct links below.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Download City & County's app for free. Search your app store with City & County Credit Union or choose an option below.

Look for this pink CC mobile app icon. 

2. Open the app and click LOGIN. 

3. Select Need a Login?

4. Enter your member number, PIN that you received at account opening and one-time new user identifying information.
     Click SUBMIT.

5. Read the Electronic Funds Disclosure and click ACCEPT to move on to the next step.

6. Create your Username and Password.

7. Click OK when the enrollment pop-up window displays.

8. Log in with your newly created Username and Password.

9. To confirm your enrollment, you’ll get a one-time text with a security code. Enter that code into the mobile app.

10. Mobile Banking set up is complete!
