Responsibilities

This position is responsible for reviewing transactions for possible fraud and suspicious activity. The BSA & Fraud Analyst position will identify, investigate, and document unusual transaction behavior patterns on accounts. The structure of this position requires the ability to work with processes based on varying and unique results and circumstances, not on defined instructions. This position requires attention to detail, as well as excellent analytical skills to identify suspicious and/or fraudulent activity. This position requires the individual to exercise sound judgment and to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information. This position operates under the guidance of the VP Compliance & Risk Management.

CCCU is looking for a Member Connections Specialist for our credit union’s Call Center. You will serve as the liaison between our company and its current and potential members through phone calls, emails and chats. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving member issues, complaints and inquiries, including simple banking transactions, while keeping member satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. You will also educate our members on credit union products and services that will help them be financially successful.

CCCU is looking for a Member Engagement Specialist (MES), the credit union’s version of a personal banker. You’ll be responsible for assisting our members in opening and managing their accounts and finances by building long-term relationships and cross-selling the products and services that will help them be financially successful. We are looking for excellent communicators with solid knowledge of banking processes and products. Sales, banking and customer service experience can help you succeed in this role. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others with accuracy, is self-driven, and familiar with financial institution regulations.

The Senior Network Engineer is skilled in the design, implementation and administration of complex communications networks, server and virtualization solutions. This includes troubleshooting issues in production environments, working with internal and external parties to drive timely resolutions. Knowledge with multiple vendor’s network design and administration of routers, switches, hubs, Wi-Fi, firewalls and VoIP. Cisco, HP/Aruba, Fortinet. Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design and troubleshooting using Spanning Tree, Static Routes, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSec, SIP and other LAN/WAN and VPN technologies. Strong understanding of Wi-Fi network design and troubleshooting including site surveys. Experience with design, implementation and administration of SD-WAN. Experience with cloud integration. Experience designing, deploying and monitoring QoS throughout network. Strong understanding of IPSec VPN technologies used for secure remote access and B2B connectivity. Strong understanding of PKI infrastructure and certificate management systems. Strong understanding of 802.1X configuration, administration and troubleshooting. Proven track record managing and maintaining external partner and vendor relationships. Ability to use SNMP for network monitoring and performance tracking. Experienced with structured cabling and associated standards. Must have a System Administrator level computer certification as approved by the Credit Union. CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+ certifications or equivalent recent experience. Current network vendor certification or equivalent experience such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE. Must be a valid licensed driver with a working automobile available to you at all times. Strong process engineering and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to gain consensus across a diverse group of users. Strong PC skills utilizing spreadsheets, word processing and Visio. Ability to work remotely. Have access to high speed and reliable Internet access. Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills required. CCCU is looking for a responsible bank teller to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be the “frontline” of our credit union and will play a fundamental role in achieving our member satisfaction and company goals. We are looking for candidates that will be comfortable making dozens of transactions daily and communicating with different types of members, while serving as a member advocate and educator to help our clients be financially successful.
