Mortgage Loan Processor

    Position Objective:

    The Mortgage Loan Processor (MLP) maintains thorough knowledge of mortgage lending programs, procedures, policies and regulatory requirements. Complies will all Federal and State compliance policies and demonstrates a commitment to professional ethics. The MLP works directly with the Mortgage Loan Officer to coordinate the processing and closing of the member’s mortgage application. MLP must have the ability to maintain effective communication with the member and correspondent lender to insure coordination of information and documentation for loan approval and closing.

    Prerequisites:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to four years experience in a financial institution; three years work experience in a real estate origination function. Demonstrate a good working knowledge of personal computers.

Member Engagement Specialist I/II - Part Time

    Position Objective:

    Seeking a team member to evaluate member and potential member lending and deposit needs acting as their primary resource for all financial products and services in a manner that results in a consistently high level of member service, sales and engagement. Strengthen existing member relationships through effective use of our Member Engagement Sales process via profiling and relationship building techniques. Performs a wide range of transactional and sales duties to serve members while offering a consistently high level of service. Receives and dispenses funds with a high degree of accuracy. Branch Manager II

    Position Objective:

    The Branch Manager II is accountable for delivering superior financial results and a best in class member experience while adhering to CCCU Service Standards. They are expected to motivate their team to acquire, expand, and retain member relationships and leading staff to maximize the service/sales experience. The Branch Manager II is responsible for creating an engaging, proactive sales and service environment in which employees deliver high level member experience consistently. The role is responsible for maximizing employee productivity and effectiveness through leadership and coaching. They must be able to observe and coach Tellers, Member Service Consultants and Member Engagement Specialists to appropriate sales, service, operational and engagement excellence. The role is also accountable to risk and compliance management and optimal operation of the branch. Branch Manager II Details.

    Prerequisites:

    Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in finance or business related field and four years’ financial institution experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in deposits, lending and teller functions. Also, four years of supervisory experience.
