Electronic Servcies Specialist

Position Objective:

Responsible for receiving, originating and maintaining ACH and payroll deduction programs in an accurate and timely manner for both members and non-members. Directs and maintains ATM/debit and credit card programs in an accurate and timely manner. Manages processes associated with incoming and outgoing domestic wire transfers. Monitors FedForward and FedReturn files and resolves any return items issues to ensure timely cash letters are generated. Assists Member Experience staff with electronic services related inquiries.

Position Objective:

Serve our members by receiving or paying out funds with high degree of accuracy. Maintain accurate transactional records; provide basic cash receipt and payment services in accordance with credit union policies and procedures. Advocate for, and educate, our members regarding the services offered by the credit union. Act as a floating teller by working in multiple locations as needed.

Network Administrator

Position Objective:

The Network Administrator will perform routine maintenance on network systems and ensure the reliable and secure operation of the credit union network. Administer and maintain the existing network ensuring high availability, security and performance. Perform installations, upgrades and troubleshooting of enterprise network. (LAN/WAN/MAN/VPN/VoIP/Internet)

Prerequisites:

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CompTia A+, CompTia Network+ certifications or equivalent recent experience.
Knowledge with multiple vendor’s network design and administration of routers, switches, hubs, WiFi, firewalls and VoIP.
Familiarity with Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design and troubleshooting using Spanning Tree, Static Routes, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, IPSec, SIP and other LAN/WAN and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with WiFi network design and troubleshooting including site surveys.
Knowledge of structured cabling and associated standards.
Current network vendor certification or equivalent experience such as CCNA, CCNP.
Prefer System Administrator level computer certification as approved by the Credit Union.
Must be a valid licensed driver with a working automobile available to you at all times.
Strong process engineering and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with the ability to gain consensus across a diverse group of users.
Strong PC skills utilizing spreadsheets, word processing and Visio.
Ability to work remotely and have access to high speed and reliable Internet access.
Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills required.
Strong documentation skills require the ability to write technical documentation, routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Member Connections Manager (contact center)

Position Objective:

The Member Connections Manager is responsible for leading both the inbound and outbound aspect of City & County Credit Union's call center to ensure effective and efficient response time, relationship focused service, as well as compliance with regulations, policies and procedures. They are also responsible for leading the call center staff including training and coaching.

Member Connections Specialist (contact center)

Position Objective:

The Member Connections Specialist (MCS) interacts with all areas of the credit union. The primary responsibility is providing member service and engagement through phone calls and electronic forms of communication. The MCS answers a wide variety of member questions, handles member requests, performs transactions, and provides information on credit union services and products and service channels.

Branches where the MES Float could be asked to move include all Twin Cities locations.
