Online Loan Payment

Easily make a payment with a debit card or account from another financial institution with City & County Credit Union’s Online Loan Payment service.

You’ll need 

  • Member number, email, last 4 digits of social security number and birth date. 

Be prepared with this information 

  • There is a $5.50 fee per online payment*. Phone payment fee is $9.99 - $19.99. 
  • Pay your City & County loan, excluding credit cards. 
  • Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted. 
  • Maximum transaction $2,500.
  • Payment posted to your loan in 2 - 3 business days.
  • To pay your loan in full, contact us at (800) 223-2801 during regular business hours.

*For recurring online loan payments the fee is $2 per online payment. Online option is for personal accounts only. Business account holders may use one of the free options below or the phone payment service.
