Your New & Improved Bill Pay Experience

The new Online Bill Pay solution is now available! At City & County, we are continually looking for ways to better your digital banking experience. This new system has many of the same functions but with a new design and enhanced layout.

A New Look for Online Bill Pay

Our redesigned look puts what's important to you first. Easily log in to your account to pay bills, send money to friends through Popmoney, review eBills and call our dedicated Bill Pay Member Service Line.

Quickly find a payments that were made within the past 45 days in the 'Recent Payments' menu in the bottom right of your screen.

You'll also find quick links to monitor recent activity, edit your account, view your payees and have questions answered in the 'Help Center.'

Easily search for payees in the Improved Vendor Search. 

We categorized payees by function to make it easier for you to find them or  type the company name in the 'Search our Network' bar to search our database. If a match is found, the payee's information will be automatically added. 

Once the payee is added, you will just have to add your account information.

Popmoney: Send & Receive Money from Friends

Introducing Popmoney! Easily Send & Receive money from people by using their email address, cell phone number or account number. 

This new feature has the ability to make both one-time and reoccurring payments, schedule payments in advance and select what account you want to pay from.

There is also on option to add a note to the transaction!

Why did you change Bill Pay?

At City & County, we are continually look for ways to better your member experience. With an enhanced user experience including improved vendor search and ability to send or receive money with Popmoney, this new and more robust solution puts what’s important to you first.

Will I have to re-setup my payments?

Nope! Any payees used within the past 6 months and reoccurring payments were automatically added to the new solution.

Where can I access my Bill Pay payment history?

You can view it as always in home banking's transaction history.

To locate bill payments: Use Chrome as your browser to log in. Select your checking account history, hit CTRL-F and type "BILL PAYMENT" into the text box in the upper right corner of the screen. Hit enter. It will highlight bill payment transactions for whatever history is on your screen.

To download your transaction history: Select the 'ACCOUNTS' menu and choose the 'EXPORT' menu item. This will download your history to your computer.

Why can't I view my eBills?

If you were previously enrolled in eBills, you will need to re-enroll in the new Bill Pay solution.
