December of 2021, my younger sister passed away. City County Credit Union was there for me and my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives. The staff at the downtown Saint Paul location were so understanding, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about helping me secure a loan to afford to pay for my sister’s funeral expenses. I don’t know what my family and I would have did without them. This experience has given me the tools I need to save up and be better prepared for unexpected emergencies and life’s many stages.
