How can I register my City & County bank account for eStatements?
Registering is easy. After logging on to your online or mobile banking account with CCCU, click on the “Account Access” tab, then choose “eStatements.” It is extremely important you follow the format listed for each of the form fields. You will need to provide a valid email address so you can be notified when your eStatements are available.
How will I know when my eStatement registration has been completed?
Once you've completed the registration process, you will receive an email confirming your successful registration for CCCU electronic banking statements.
Do I need any special software to use CCCU’s eStatement service?
How will I know when I can view my eStatement?
You will receive an email notification whenever a new paperless banking statement is available for viewing.
Can I print my eStatement out?
Yes. You also can save your eStatements to your hard drive, diskette or CD.
How long will my eStatement be available for viewing?
CCCU members can review their monthly e-statements up to 12 months after the eStatement was first posted.
Is there a specific web browser I should use to view my eStatement?
We recommend Internet Explorer 9+ for optimal experience. Older versions of Internet Explorer may not support access to this application and can result in slower load times. Other web browsers are not supported for this application.
Can I use the eStatement program through Web TV?
The Web TV service does not enable access to eStatements.
When I click to view my e-statement, it opens a blank window quickly, then closes and doesn't show my eStatement.
You may have a pop-up blocker installed that needs to be disabled in order to view your eStatement. If you have installed Windows XP Service Pack 2, this service pack updates Internet Explorer with a built-in pop-up blocker that is turned on by default. To turn it off,
- click on Tools in the menu bar
- then select Pop-up Blocker
- then select Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
You should then be able to open your eStatement. After you have viewed your eStatement, you can turn the pop-up blocker back on if you wish.
What do I do if my email address changes?
After logging on to your online or mobile banking account, you can provide your new email address by clicking on "user options" and "change email address." You also can notify us by sending your new email address to email@example.com.
I received an error message while trying to view an eStatement. It said "There was an error processing a page. A font contains a bad CMap/Encoding". What does this mean?
You are using an old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and need to upgrade to a higher version. Adobe recommends that you first uninstall any older versions prior to installing the updated version. Once this has been done, you should be able to view your eStatements with no problems. Download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.
What do I do if I'm having trouble viewing my eStatement?
Recent changes to your operating system software such as upgrades, downloads and/or system enhancements can affect your computer's ability to connect with secure sites, including our eStatement site. Try the following steps:
- Verify that you are current on all Windows updates.
From the Start menu on your computer, click on Windows Update, download any recommended updates and patches, and then shut down and restart your computer.
- Un-install and re-install Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Check that you are using the most up-to-date version of your Internet Explorer web browser.
Note: Some pop-up blocker and firewall programs may prevent access to your CCCU eStatements. If you utilize these types of applications, you may need to disable certain features of the programs in order to access your eStatements.
