Accountable for the supervision and activities coordination of the teller team. Leads by example delivering superior financial results and best in class member service adhering to CCCU Service Standards. The Head Teller is responsible for creating an engaging, proactive sales and service environment in which employees deliver high level member experience consistently. The role is responsible for maximizing employee productivity and effectiveness through leadership and coaching.
|PREREQUISITES:||High School Diploma/GED, minimum three years teller experience, working knowledge of PCs.|
