What can I make an appointment for?
Skip the wait and make an appointment for the following services:
- Apply for a Loan
- Open a New Account
- Use the Coin Machine
- Apply for a Credit Card
- Request a New ATM or Debit Card
- Access your Safe Deposit Box
When you visit to open a new City & County Credit Union account, please bring a valid form of photo ID and your social security card – or simply know your social security number.
TIP – existing City & County members can skip the in-person visit and open a new checking account by calling our Member Connections team at (800) 228-2701. If you want to open an additional savings account, log into online banking and select ‘New Account’ from the menu.
If you are applying for a new loan with City & County, please bring a valid photo ID and proof of income. This will ensure we can easily & quickly get your loan reviewed and funded.
If you are closing on a loan, please connect with your loan officer to ensure you are bringing all required materials along.
Adjust or Cancel Appointment
Need to cancel your appointment? No problem. We know life happens and can easily adjust your appointment or cancel altogether. If you would like to adjust the time of your appointment, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to cancel your appointment, click the ‘Cancel Appointment’ link from within the confirmation email you received when you made your appointment.
