What is a Credit Union?

A credit union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative. It is member-owned and controlled through a board of directors elected by the membership. City & County members enjoy better loan rates, fewer fees, attentive service and a wide range of value-added benefits.

Who can join City & County Credit Union?

Anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Carver, Hennepin, Meeker, McLeod, Wright, Ramsey, Washington, or Dakota County, as well as relatives of current members, and employees of select companies.

Are Savings Accounts Insured?

Yes. All savings accounts are insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA, the National Credit Union Administration, an agency of the federal government.
